With over 36 years knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry at many and various levels, Keith created what is now called Clarity, back in 2001 with a former business colleague and the company is today owned 100% with his wife. Both are actively involved in the various operations of the company. The company achieved a listing in the famous London Sunday Times “Fasttrack” for three consecutive years which recognizes the fastest growing companies in the UK and Clarity has since won many other accolades. The company has developed into various medical sectors over the years and is skilled at identifying market opportunities where commercialisation, marketing and a clear strategy is needed where the client and the customers could be served better. Keith’s important personal drivers are keeping the company agile, positively disruptive and being ready for reinvention at all times.

Dan has over 23 years’ experience in the field of biologics development and specifically in the areas of biologics discovery, engineering, optimisation and manufacture. He has worked with pioneering companies and individuals in the biologics and biosimilars fields with projects spanning multiple biological formats and clinical indications. Dan has held senior management roles in CDMO’s such as Catalent Biologics, Fujifilm Diosynth ,WuXi Biologics and Evotec SE with a global remit in alliance management and business development covering technology licensing, clinical and commercial scale cGMP manufacture. Dan holds a PhD in oncology from the University of Newcastle and executive MBA from Aberdeen Business School.

Margo has over 25 years experience in commercialising pharmaceuticals and together with Keith has built the Clarity group of companies to where it is today. Critical factor in that success has been the development of a strong international network of partners and driving long term relations with each, this is Margo’s focus. These relations have been important in driving success across various medical sectors from Pharma to Medtech and now Biologics, success for Clarity, it’s stakeholders and its clients.
